These Terms govern your access to and use of datacenters.builtfor.ai (the “Site”), operated by BuiltforAI, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site for your own informational and internal business use. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from our data or content, reverse-engineer the Site, or use it unlawfully or in a way that harms its operation.
Accounts & subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence you select (annual or monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
- Seat limits and features are described on the pricing page.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, software, and original content are owned by BuiltforAI, LLC. Underlying data remains the property of its respective sources and is used under their licenses (see methodology).
No advice; no warranty
The Site is informational only and is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Please read our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltforAI, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BuiltforAI, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We’ll revise the date above.
